By developing a library of credible resources, we can ensure that families receive accurate information about health care and support. Through knowledge and open dialogue we can replace stereotypes and dismantle stigma, creating safe spaces where everyone belongs.

Create events to build community.
Strive to open a community center offering resources and activities, creating an accessible hub for belonging and social interaction. By providing vital services we can better foster a sense of chosen family for LGBTQ+ individuals. LGBTQ+ centered community events offer spaces where shared experiences weave a tapestry of belonging. Each connection made strengthens the collective thread, reminding everyone they're not alone.

Build an affirming network of services and resources.
Produce a network of LGBTQ+ friendly businesses to assist community members in identifying spaces that are welcoming and inclusive, reducing anxiety and fostering a sense of belonging. Through education opportunities, we can inform local businesses on best practices for serving the LGBTQ+ community. Allowing the LGBTQ+ community to see itself reflected in business practices validates experiences and creates a safer, more affirming environment to patronize.

Develop brand recognition.
Build brand recognition to attract community members and allies alike. Strong branding signifies visibility and trust, making it easier for people to find support, resources, and a sense of belonging. A recognized brand becomes a beacon of hope and action, amplifying the organization's impact and attracting partners and funding to fuel its mission.

Form a strong foundation of financial stability for the Coalition.
Establish a robust donor network. Together through donation of services, spaces, and finances we can develop opportunities for LGBTQ+ community members to flourish in the Cedar Valley. A strong donor network and consistent financial support provides stability, allowing the Coalition to plant seeds of change, invest in meaningful programs, and weather unforeseen challenges. This sustained growth fosters trust and credibility, attracting further donors to amplify our reach and impact.
